Sarah was founded in late 2023 as a spin-out of Capua, a leading UK graduate recruitment company. Our inspiration was that we noticed a strange phenomenon while running Capua: thousands of highly skilled international candidates struggling to land jobs they were well-suited for because of a few common reasons, e.g. a lack of mentorship and obviously, friction with their visa status.
Thus The Sarah Academy was born - which we provide as an end-to-end programme designed to support international candidates in securing visa-sponsored roles. Backed by genuine recruitment expertise, we have a proven track record of successfully supporting international candidates through every stage of the recruitment process.
